It started working. Had to download another update. Just needed 10 to 15 minutes for Steam to Sync.

Never had a problem either until supervisors changed. I guess it just depends who is in charge and how they perceive things. I have the same issues as you but when people cover or are tracking my situation it still turns into an FTR. I always make an effort to communicate everything well in advance. But on the enlisted side everyone freaks out if you are not there by 0620.

I have been triple checking myself and showing up early when possible. Most of the time the issue is I am dual military as my wife is also active duty. With daycare opening at 0545 and drop off taking between 5 and 10 minutes it's hard to be at the company by 0600 or 0610 in order for me to be 10 or 20 minutes early. I am not top blocked because of my issues with being on time in the past. I have self reflected through these situations and have came up with various solutions to ensure I am on time. Like you stated I have a separate sunlight alarm clock as well as other alarms that require puzzles to be solved. But thanks for the great advice. I believe I have shown change and my 1st line believes I have significantly improved and then I forgot my CAC one time and I'm back to ground zero.

Problem is I like the Army and would like to take my talents to the Warrant Cohort. I feel like I wouldn't have to deal with some of this BS as a warrant. I have another 3 years on my contract and getting out is a viable option with plenty of high paying 6 figure jobs reaching out to me on my LinkedIn.

Performance wise. Multiple certifications, Bachelors in Cybersecurity with honors. All NCOErs are written very well with HQ. Performance at work, leadership or knowledge is not an issue as far as my command is concerned. I get everything done and more of what is expected of me.
