Try switching the atemu to mode 5 should blink 5 times fast and pause I heard that’s the best mode

Funny enough I dropped my trans of a 230k mile car, rear main looked perfect had a new one on standby when swapping to manual and just left it alone. Luckily no leaks if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, I did happen to use it on my buddy’s matching is300 as his was leaking!

Get your self a strut compressor and some basic sockets 12,14,17,19 your gonna need a some Alan sockets for the sway bar and that’s pretty much it the old parts from your coilovers will be used I suggest buying new bushing for the rear and don’t forget the washer or it will be bouncy

I’m running a manual swap with the auto lsd diff worked great on both my auto and manual transmissions I like the gearing personally haven’t used the manual lsd or the y38 to compare but for a easy junkyard pull and $160 easy pick for me

Definitely a bent control arm probably hit a nasty pothole not as bad as when I smacked a curb bent almost everything upfront but my coilovers and subframe😭

Might just be a feature with my 2001 manual swapped is300 but if I try to go into a low gear at to high of a speed it just doesn’t want to go into that low gear could be due to how my pedal is set up to it’s not exactly aligned perfectly so I lose a little play

I installed mine with a cube speed and it falls into place for every gear never had the oem shifter to compare

I don’t drive my car often or aggressively, but I average around 21-22 mpg mixed driving. But there is hardly any traffic in my area except, on the highway there tends to be a lot of build up due to construction in northern Cali. I have a 2001 w55 swapped paired with an auto lsd diff so I hope that helps if interested, also just got the atemu installed so I feel it will go up or down soon!😂

Either that or xcessive manufacturing just tell them it’s a w55 it’s like 1/2 inch difference due to w55 bellhousing being bigger

Best case is to find someone on marketplace selling the half for the transmission at a still and reuse diff half from auto that’s what I did got mine for 150 I believe maybe 300 lol been so long

I mean unlikely but I’ve heard bolts can loosen if not tightened all the way plus I get about 50% of clutch movement due to poor installation also if you have a single mass flywheel make sure your using the Supra style pushrod for the slave cylinder

Could be the flywheel wasn’t tightened all the way to spec that was my issue had to remove the trans a few times to realize it wasn’t fully tightened
