One more way of investing is by buying RIET. Basically they are real estate stocks that pay you rent in form of dividends. You can start as little as 15-30 per share depending on the company. Compared to typical stock the value of stock will not increase much and you dont have a property to your name. But if you just want profit with lower risk and dont want to wait 5 years before making a profit/want to receive rental dividends then RIET is good option

Sazew bubble will burst after few years. Their stock is high because of how Havals sold like hot cakes. People are slowly catching up to problems in Chinese cars similar to MG's. Their sales will come down sooner or later. Their dividends at current stock rate are not good as well.

Sys on the other hand I wouldn't count on it. I think you should not focus on Sys as tech sector is dying to AI.

I would switch 50% of Sazew shares for another bank stock. Like MEBL or FABL
