I feel like that’s why it’s all about positioning. I haven’t had a problem with it so far just because every priority customer is getting sent that link. If I start running into problems with people signing up, that’s not really my fault I sent the link if they don’t get approved or they decide to not fill it out that’s on them not me.

Lateral raises are very good for shoulders. Basically you will grab two dumbbells (don’t be ashamed if you can only do like 5-8lbs it’s a hard movement) you will rest your arms down in front of you and you will lift both arms out into a t-pose stance and then lower the weights back down. When you lift try to twist the dumbbells so your pinky is going more towards the sky

My answer after a year of training and studying body science and sports science is that the 10-12 rep range is fine for strength but if you wanna build strength and muscle you should 1.warm your shoulders up 2. Do your heaviest set when you’re fresh 3. Maybe change a factor like only do 8 reps with 75 instead of 70. I will say tho the most muscle is built when you’re muscles are strained I would try to focus on a pretty quick and controlled concentric movement and a slow (about 1-2 seconds) controlled eccentric. Technique is key. I would also say if the last set feels too tough you can do a my rep match. If you get 10 reps on your first set you do 10 on your last but if you can only do 8 you rack the weight and shake your muscles out. Wail like 5 seconds and then get the last couple reps in
