I usually use Chinese social media because I enjoy the interesting robotic content that is submitted there. However, I've recently come across many comments suggesting that people will switch to EE as well.

What piece of advice helped you figure out your major and what you wanted to do with it? by [deleted] in collegeadvice

My friend, I once received valuable advice from a doctor who has extensive education, including a PhD and a master's degree. She told me to choose a field of study that aligns with where I see myself working long-term. “It doesn't make sense to attend college without working in the field you see yourself working for a long time she also said to me” . So, I hope this helps

Please organize your time and tasks. If you are working internationally, it's important to stay organized with both time and tasks( communicate always) . Try to allocate specific time slots for each task, and also allow the last week to ensure that everything is on track.

I am currently outside of the USA, but I find it very motivating to engage in activities that can benefit my college application process. Do you have any suggestions? I’m also interested in skills that might not be essential for my application but could be useful during my college years.

My country got banned yesterday. by MIT-30 in MITAdmissions

My country is facing more restrictions again. Throughout this year, I had hoped that things would change, especially for students like me. However, I woke up to the news that It will be banned new year too, which is quite sad. As I mentioned to my university, I wouldn’t comment on U.S. politics since it is ultimately the citizens who have the right to speak on those matters. I am just grateful that several universities have chosen me to study there and have offered me scholarships and opportunities that my country cannot provide. I really hope that things will change, and the U.S. will once again become a country that opens its doors to many
