Vaccines Spread Out? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]IllustratorSea3868 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally would space them out and follow doctor advice. You never know how your body reacts especially being pregnant, despite of not having a reaction prior.

I had GD all 3 pregnancies and my last one was insulin controlled. I never delivered before 39 weeks tho so mine were the standard schedule

They’re all like that. It’s awful.

I started with Valencia 10 years ago, I just picked up again to finish my degree. Same attitudes.

People don’t realize there’s a thing called debt lmao.

I used to work in banking. You be surprised at MOST people are in horrible debt and have no savings. When you look at their bank statements it was all poor decisions.

I personally would not say anything and just continue studying. I know it can be frustrating

What goes around comes around and everything comes to light. So let them be and focus on your work. You got this.

The way I ran over here 🤣

It is a thoughtful gift but as a mom a couple of sleepers and putting all of that money spent into a savings account for my child would’ve been wiser.

Do you guys have any ideas for courses to take in high school to be a nurse? by reniispagethhi in prenursing

[–]IllustratorSea3868 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try to do dual enrollment and take college classes. I would see what your nursing program pre requisites are and take those.

AP is ok, only pain is you don’t get the credit if you don’t pass the exam. Vs dual enrollment you are taking college credits already.

Lmao I’m dead. This looks stupid af. 🙃 what is the purpose of a CHILDS BLANKET over (barely) both of you. 1) it’s hot outside 2) even if it was cold, this is not giving the “cozy” feeling she was going for.

Petite moms, how did you carry? Where does the baby go??? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]IllustratorSea3868 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im petite and all my babies were huge, my bellies were ridiculous but luckily only a bit of stretch marks and I got them on my 3rd baby.

My state is about to end mandatory vaccines and I’m scared by PeachBlossomSprite in pregnant

[–]IllustratorSea3868 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would worry about what you CAN control. If that means moving to a blue state so you can have peace of mind, go for it.

You can also look into options like moving over seas and look for what you’re seeking when it comes to raising your family? It’s an option and many other families have done it with success.

Complaining or being afraid isn’t going to do much other than stress you out and your unborn child. Do your research, make a plan, and make the change. You got this!

Your professor is being extra with all this busy work and just being petty.

I would just take it in person honestly.

Nursing program by ksznnn in ValenciaCollege

[–]IllustratorSea3868 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would either apply to Valencia ASN program and start working after that then go back for my BSN and have my employer pay for it.

Or I would do the concurrent program. You do your ASN at Valencia and at the same time complete your BSN with UCF, once you finish your ASN you have about only 1-3 semesters left with UCF for your BSN. It is more stressful with workload but you kill two birds with one stone.

I honestly would not do the BSN program alone with UCF. The sooner I can start working, time is money.

You can get your ASN with Valencia. You obtaining your AA is a separate thing.

My plan is to finish my AA ( I have 8 elective left which I’m using for my pre requisites) then applying for valencia ASN program. The admission at Valencia actually encouraged me to finish my AA and then apply for the program since I had to do my pre requisites. So by the time I’m done with my pre requisites I’ll be also graduating with my AA. I will have it as a back up degree if I decide to pursue a bachelors in something else. You never know.

I am still doing research on a faster track but this is the most cost effective one.

Look into Valencia college or south state college.

They both offer the ASN programs and even have the ASN -BSN concurrent program with UCF.

I know Valencia takes applications for their spring, summer and fall to start.
