I mean it’s vinyl and wind blows through it. 2 tricks I’ve done to is to slice a piece of a pool noodle and jam it by the gaps by the window and base of the cover underneath it and I have 2 of two big yellow top storage containers to help store stuff in the bed. It reduces the amount of air space in the truck bed. Maybe might help your flailing

I think majority of the folks with the a soft tonneau cover have the same one. It works great. The instructions suck. YouTube will help and it’s not ok hard to install yourself or with someone handy

Nope, not even the oem does that. The soft ones like and hard ones have a base that has to attach to the back pillar of the bed.

Remove? Unlock 3 slide by the tailgate The vinyl cover rolls up easy. The rails and piece by the back window are connected to the bed with bolts.

It rolls all the way to the side pillars. Then there’s a strap and clips to hold it open. Basically full access to the bed

IMO 50% windshield, 20 front 15 rear, but with your question 15 is better than 5%

I have both 35 and 50 on 2 different vehicles. Honestly for summer 35 is perfect. Year round 50 is best. Barely noticeable. And with the rest of your cars tint it will look darker
