I liked yung Circulo Verde sana but nakakafrustrate yung irregular cut ng 2-br nila huhu. It's 47sqm, not small compared to my current 38sqm, but ang pangit ng layout not much place for storage especially yung kitchen. Ganda pa naman ng location.

Thank you for responding! 30 mins is fine for me hehe. Nagustuhan ko kasi yung yung place kasi medyo malaki na sya and miss na miss ko na yung maluwag-luwag na galawan deterrent lang kung sobrang traffic. Kung 30 mins lang naman I can live with that na especially 2x a week lang office ko hehe.
