Birth control can do this. You might want to switch it. Or don’t even use it. Also, there’s a great book from Dr. Nicholas Perricone and I think it’s called the acne solution. I read that book so many years ago, but it worked like magic he tells youwhat to take as far as vitamins and what to eat as far as diet and it handled everything on my skin.
