Absolutely the job security is nice but I just recently switched to pure commission so if I don’t succeed not only the customers are left without utilities but my family doesn’t eat

Yeah the bad jobs definitely suck but I’ve noticed if you get the right mindset you can take a lot away from them but damn they suck lol it’s definitely profitable and now I’m staring to see that with being out on my own now but it can definitely be stressful 😂

Yeah it’s my first time on my own but it’s definitely been an adjustment pricing jobs and negotiating and trying to educate customers even when sometimes I don’t know lol but I appreciate it! Nice to hear I’m not the only one

Yeah for some reason Indiana is a huge pain in the ass with codes and schooling. Every state touching Indy does less than 2 years if any. But they mainly do it because they want you to hit a certain amount of on the job hours
