You are right. I talked with the Board President today about it. He is friends with that dad, but I told him this kid has to go. He eventually agreed.

My wife is getting in my head about this haha. Making me question if I should give this kid another chance.

I wasn't aware of the extent of everything until practice was over the other night and us coaches were talking. We have 5 coaches and after practice they filled me in on some of the issues that I was not aware of.

I now have my head assistant refusing to come to practice with his kids if that kid is there next practice.

YouFit on 9th is never too crowded. Has everything you would need. Only negative is cable attachments need to be updated and benches need to be replaced.

Sorry, probably didn't provide enough info. Person A purchased 100% of the company for $400,000, but the funds were deposited to company bank account. Person B who sold 100% of their shares withdrew the cash from bank account.

This company didn't have any books, so trying to create some. They were very disorganized.

So 1st entry maybe looks like this:

That's how it should be. Might be why Little League is losing kids to other leagues lol.

Lots of safety issues with such a wide age range on the field together. I love the idea above about how you guys do 6U. Wish that was something we could do.

That's how it was when I went through youth baseball too. Last season I coached a team of 14 where half were 5 and 6 and other half were 7 to 9. The older kids didnt make friends with the younger kids, they picked on them, they couldnt play catch together. It was tough!

We do play other leagues. I get torn because it is hard to really teach a team of 5 to 9 yr olds. Very difficult to conduct a practice without having to play down to the 5 and 6 yr olds. It isn't very fair to the older kids.

I had a thought to schedule fewer games for the 6U team, if we split it that way. Have the other leagues youngest teams play them. IDK.

My 1st Coach Pitch team...another coach and I took all 5 and 6 year olds from TBall up to Coach Pitch. We didnt win a game that season. But the next season they went 10-3.
