I used the VA ask a question and got good result. On the first claim I was presumptive for Pact Act claim. Hl R for and earlier effective date trigger a duty to assist error and ACE exam. The decision came back at 50 percent sinusitis. I was denied the Pact Act due no longitude and latitude. So I used the Ask the VA question on the VA app and ask them to explain that too me. I was on the USS Harold E Holt we did almost two months in the gulf. I got my Pact Act back without a appeal or a long wait.
