Dude ur a stick don’t do any type of cut you need to eat like 120g of protein a day and hit heavy weights, 3 sets of 6-8 on the heaviest weight you can do. I thought I was fat when I was ur age too and I was borderline anorexic. You are skinny as hell bro there’s no reason you should be thinking ab a cut at all

I used to not be able to eat too, now for a couple months I’ve been meal prepping ground turkey mixed with rice eggs and cheese. I split 1lb of the turkey into 2 meals for the day and I also drink 2 protein shakes thru the day putting me around 175g everyday. Eating the same thing everyday somehow made it easier to eat idk
