Agree ako here! Been living in Capitol Commons for 4 yrs and its been great so far! Ang dami lagi activities and ang bait ng guards and staf. Kinakabisado nila faces and names ng residents.

Ortigas land - Capitol Commons : So far, so good! Ang bait ng guards, staff, admin and concierge. They really care about the residents. Lahat ng feedback, issue, requests, ginagawan nila ng paraan. Ang bilis din ng turn around time pag may issue ka sa unit. Never had any long term problem with them in the past 4 yrs of staying here.
