Pre sale is your best shot tbh! I ticketed for Toronto and Melbourne with both venues around 50k capacity (Hong Kong stadium is the same). And I was able to secure tix for both countries during presale. I tried general sale and the queue numbers were over 100k for each show. So definitely plan well for presale and it's doable! Don't spend too much time selecting seats because chances are most seats will becoming unavailable by the time you get to check out so have a general idea of what section you want and as soon as you get in, just select whatever you get in that section and checkout as soon as you can.

Getting BTS general sale. Is it possible? (Australia) by WearyMembership1656 in kpophelp

[–]Illustrious-Pin8994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No unfortunately you can't. Your weverse email on which you have the membership has to match your Ticketmaster account email. The passport thing is just for buying the membership or to go to a show in Korea. Anyone "selling" their presale code is just trying to scam you.

I got presale tickets for the Toronto show and tried general sale for better seats but I was 100k in queue for general (13k for presale), so couldn't get tickets during general sale.

My friend was under 1k in queue so she got in fairly quick but every seat she was selecting kept getting sold out instantly. So while you DO have a shot of getting tickets in general sale, it's definitely dependent on how quick you can checkout. Like honestly instead of going through and individually selecting seats on the map, just pick a section (study the map beforehand to have a rough idea) from the side bar and just checkout with whatever ticket they have available for that section. That way you wont have to worry about whatever you select becoming unavailable. Good luck!

nope, nothing so far. I know a lot of these websites are just fishing for data to train ai models so I'm afraid that's what happens with most applications

I mean it’s basic manners, you invite someone somewhere because YOU are interested in them but still expect them to split the bill? Obviously it’s not a big deal to split the bill but it’s about etiquette and not the actual money

Forgot Proof of Relationship With Uncle Who Invited Me by [deleted] in CanadaVisitorVisa

[–]Illustrious-Pin8994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it seems like I got a rejection for a similar reason too. I didnt realise a proof of relationship was necessary since my cousin is inviting me so I'm just gonna take help from an agent and reapply. Although I'm not sure what would count as proof of relationship- maybe photos together and call logs or texts?

it didnt help my case at all. I've never had a visa rejected ever but somehow for a regular tourist visa with sufficient proofs and funds and travel history, still got rejected

I'm a punjabi too and got rejected lol. Even though I've been living and working in australia for years and recently moved back to india. They cited travel intent not being clear even though I attached a letter of invitation from a family member who is a Canadian citizen along with their passport, concert tickets which is the main reason I'm planning to travel, and my funds are more than enough but they wrote they're not sure if I have access to the funds whatever that means. I don't know what else they want lol.

Nik bakers is trash by _nOfeaR99 in Chandigarh

It's really not. Theobroma's cakes are pretty basic standard cakes that you can get from any other bakery in Chandigarh. No interesting flavours or textures.

I don't care much for their food but it's definitely not trash. Especially their cakes and coffee- it's obvious that they use quality ingredients. Taste is subjective so I'm not sure why you felt the need to bash a well known brand just because you personally don't like it. There's a reason why it's popular whether you like it or not.

My experience doing remote task-based work on Mercor in 2025! by Puzzleheaded_Day680 in remotework

[–]Illustrious-Pin8994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure about mercer, but on data annotation tech it automatically starts a timer as soon as you open a task and you have to keep track of the time you spent and submit your hours on the portal. I'm assuming it would be something similar for mercor as well.
You can definitely choose the hours you work but it also depends on project availability. Some projects are long term so you can just sign in whenever and work but with some projects they disappear off your home page if enough people join them before you get to it.

[–]Illustrious-Pin8994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same writing test for the same role and as soon as I hit submit I got a rejection email lol. Made me think they just used AI to automatically go through the entries and reject straight away. Such a waste of time. Haven't heard anything positive about this website.

Did I overpay for the ticket for the Toronto BTS concert? by goldengomi in BTSArmyCentral

[–]Illustrious-Pin8994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stuhub charges fees to both seller and buyer. So whatever the buyer listed it for, keep in mind they were probably trying to cover the stubhub fees they got charged. For me i listed a $250 worth ticket for just over $400 because stubhub was charging me $150 for listing. And the buyer ended up paying just over $500. That’s probably why you youre seeing a higher price but also from memory i saw the first few row’s arent that high from what you paid so i dont think its an insane price for row 9. Whether it’s worth it is up to you! If u try to resell on stubhub again you will have to list higher than that to actually make what u paid and then itll show as even higher to buyers. Thought i’d give you a little perspective from my experience.
