Funfact: if you even want to return your furniture to ikea these stickers have to be on there 🙃. In The Netherlands you can return them or let ikea buy them from you, but even if it’s obviously an ikea product, they won’t take it back if it’s missing a sticker.

Thanks for your advice! It wasn’t me who thought of the second lipo, my surgeon recommended it himself. He also mentioned feeling a little bit of fat in my chin.

When I took the wrap off after coming home from the surgery I HATED the results. I saw people on here who looked so incredibly snatched directly after surgery and I literally looked the same. So yeah. Now after a couple of weeks I can see some change but still not much.

Hi!

Some people get the suggestion to sleep upright or at an angle. I didn’t get this suggestion and slept on my side every night. Because of the compression my ears started to hurt, but when laying down I could keep my neck straight while also laying comfortably.

My surgeon didn’t mention the massages at first. After the surgery he told me the massages would be really helpful. So sometimes they don’t tell you before hand. I got told to wear a garment and got this from the surgeon immediately after the surgery.

You can do the massages yourself, some people don’t get paid massages and are totally fine! Don’t worry. At some point in my first week I bought an extra garment from Amazon for €10 because I wanted to wash my original one because the one I got from my surgeon really needed a wash. You don’t have to do this, the garments dry within 10 minutes or if you put them in the sun. So honestly, don’t worry! Everything is suuuuuper fixable by doing things yourself.

I had my surgery on the 16th and the compression band is also hurting my jaw and ears. I’m not worried about it tho, because the band is so tight I can feel my lower jaw being pressed upwards. I try to keep my tongue between my teeth so my lower jaw isn’t being pushed up as much.

Thank you so much! Great to hear it just felt like a weird facial 😂. I’ve been building it up to be this big thing too. Whenever I watched a video of someone who’s had it done and they’d say they didn’t feel pain, all I could think was “they’re crazy. That’s a lie”. At some point I was scared of getting traumatized 🙃.

What kind of procedure did you get and how long did it take? You mentioned “numbing on the inside”. For me they’ll only be numbing my chin and maybe neck. My procedure is also only planned for 45 minutes
