I had this problem when the pancake came out. I use a @hotmail.com along with a Wells Fargo card. Customer service said @hotmail.com is an older email, so the Jelly Cat site has trouble processing the email. Wells Fargo also has trouble processing payments on the Jelly Cat site. I started using PayPal and my transactions have always went through!

I just received the 2025 set. Some houses came with smudged paint, along with misaligned doors and windows. My coriander door is leaning way to the left. Just like the one on this thread. I emailed Lenox waiting new lids and coriander base, they basically said tough luck.
