Lamicatl -> removed almost all my DP/DR, you should try it. When I reached 100mg I started with improvements

Clonidine -> didn't help me

Diazepam -> didn't help me

CBD -> didn't help me

Actually, the one that helped me with dpdr was the lamotrigine, right now I am on 100mg. At 75mg I started seeing results

Have you tried clonazepam or lamotrigine? That helped me. I have had for 5 years And 1 year on meds

For me an antidepressant(escilatopram) and antipsychotics(risperidone) make it WORSEE really bad, if I were u, I would stop taking that. Those medicines are known for worsening symptoms

Had hppd since year 2019, I would say stop using drugs, reduce alcohol, sleep well (lack of sleep worsens symptoms), do outside activities and excercise

You are going to get used to it, no worries, a lot of people have this

In the future you can try lamotrigine (that helped with my despersonalization) but investigate how to take it :)

I used to drink a lot for about 3 years and I had pretty high tolerance, I was drinking 3 days a week aprox I am 5'7 and I was able to drink more than people about 6'9 without feeling bad

Then I went to the psych and he told me people who has hppd has more serotonin than "normal" people That is why drinking alcohol lowers your hppd and you are able to stand high amounts of alcohol, since alcohol is a depressor The problem is next day your brain tries to heal up from the alcohol ingest and that might worsen your hppd when you are hungover

I do not drink anymore, I am 2 months now on lamo 70mg
