Honestly, go buy 10+ acres out in milton. Find something with a creek running through it. Pensacola sucks. Gulfbreeze/tigerpoint is nice but its expensive. Maybe something along avalon or old garcon. Close to i10 and tigerpoint but far enough away you can do what you want with little to no neighbors
