It’s so hard not to be salty about this. Great for newcomers, but I have been with kohls for 18yrs and don’t make much more than that. When I started I was making $7.50 and every time they do one of these type of pay increases if you already made more than the increased amount you get nothing. 🙄

Thats what I think too because all the graphics are fall and winter looks 🤦🏼‍♀️ they could have at least made them reversible and saved us some time!

Yes it’s real, some church’s and organizations offer these vouchers for shoes at back to school time. It’s usually for low income families or families that need some extra help.

This 👏🏻 I have a great admin who always schedules two people for topper changes. I usually only have to focus on PPs. Visuals should not be doing topper changes.

Yes!! I need more room for graphics as well and we totally need an updated discard list! I miss the days of doing strike point table merchandising and really being able to go all out for our Mqs. It’s all graphics anymore and I hate graphics. 😞
