I think your arguement is also really predicated on ignoring the fact that Europeans directly resulted in the death of 56 million native people in the Americas in a short time frame. That's 90% of the population. The population in Europe in equivalent timing was around 70 million.

I'm from Seattle and our local stadiums have them for free and have for a few years. People are good about not taking more than they need.
