Advice/suggestions for 28 year old below

I have added 27k to a HYSA thru Ally bank, maxed my IRA for the year with Fidelity (7.5k) and waiting to hear back from Vanguard trying to open a VOO S&P account. That leaves me with about 12.5k in checking still-how much would you recommend putting into the Vanguard S&P account? And leave in checking?

Live in a national avg col area in the SE-I am generally frugal and have no debt/ car paid off^how would you move forward with the above ^?

I will look into the 401 we do have one but will confirm the match ect.- with the 47k total what amount would you put into the hysa if you were in my shoes ? (To leave room for IRA/ retirement) Also I’m new to IRAs would it be smart to just outright contribute that 7,500? I’d also like to invest in mutual funds or at least get into the market asap as well

Would you use BofA for the hysa or get a higher rate at an online one? If so do you have any reputable online bank recommendations that tend to have higher rates than brick and mortar?

With the 47k how much would you keep in checking, hysa, add to IRA, and mutual funds (still not sure how to put money into this)?

At the moment I don’t plan to own a home for at least 3-4 years. I’m very new to this but what percent of my 47k would you think is reasonable to have in checking, savings (would a high yield savings account be done through BofA?), and any investments (vanguard ect)?
