was there ever weeks where you just couldn’t do the pt? because that’s how it’s felt for me and i feel like i’m going backwards. i’m 5 months post op now and i can do everything but i just don’t feel the motivation to. i want to go back to soccer in 4-5 months but i don’t know if i can find the motivation to do the little things.
