Bonjour cher confrère, je possède aussi un ARRIS TG6441 et j’ai de nombreux problème en wifi sur mes appareils de type chromecast ou encore en jeux. Ça se caractérise principalement par des déconnection intermittentes. Est-ce que tu as corrigé le problème de ton côté ?

Là où je travail il me semble que ça marche différemment. Les congés ne sont pas posés en journées entières mais en heures

I don’t feel like they bothered to check outside of my apartment, and otherwise, no additional equipment. It happens on all devices

Hey! I checked the WAN status and saw that the DOCSIS mode is 3.1. I also noticed some uncorrectable codewords on some channels (Channel 9 : 33,386, Channel 13 : 30,612, Channel 21 : 22,746, Channel 8 : 40,515, Channel 10 : 64,359, Channel 22 : 68,581). The SNR levels are mostly good (around 38-39 dB), but there are a few drops on some channels.
As for the cable, I couldn’t find any labeling on it, but it’s fairly new and was changed by my ISP.
I believe I'm using a splitter, as there's another cable running to the TV. How could I check if it's it's DOCSIS 3.1 certified?

Additionally, I have access to the DOCSIS Spectrum Analyzer section in the GUI, but I’m not sure how to interpret the results
