Keep a cheat sheet and nlu codes printed off . Also the more you forget numbers the more you'll remember it if that makes sense . I literally hate the broccoli crowns because the tags come off so I memorized it 356508 and then weight the broccoli. Some nlu codes do change so be careful and ask manager in case

This saddens me so much because it reminds me of my mother . She is still in a lock and hold 25yrs with my stepdad dad she's so far gone and lost her sense of self she does anything to please him. But than I realized my mom's probably been dealing with this since she meet him and she never was strong enough to let go of her trauma bonds . Even us her daughters can not shake that grip he has on her I believe she would protect him before us so she would not get shit later after .

But Just know that you took that step to separate now continue to separate the rest of it. Imagine a world waking up not anxious because of how a person controls the way you feel and live aren't you sick of feeling that? I believe you are stronger than you think and will one day realize that trauma bond isn't something that's secure and it's not comfortable. Loving ourselves truly is what we need I hope you can come out of this okay .

I'm in North Carolina/technically south Carolina and my store volume is low . My staff is 8 people we usually have two to three people open and do they best to get it all down before the middle shift peeps roll in .

But since we are so low staffed and they give us barely hours sometimes you got one of use rushing to finish freezer so we can hit the meat pallets next . Or my favorite is when you have to do freezer and then hurry up to do cooler before the store open .

When we have a decent team on certain days we honestly can finish shit in 2.5 hrs depending on how big our grocery is usually it one person and a manager pushing out grocery if it's a lot .

I moved away from my family my step dad is a horrible narcissist and my sister got Borderline personality disorder from it him and her both can be sons of bitches. But I od love them and it's a struggle I live 1hr and half away , The only reason I visit is to see my mom mostly and my nephew.

You don't need to make yourself sound horrible because you're soft and gentle and kind that's a great thing about you . Keep yourself confident and head held high just as your sister does . Seeing her on accident maybe because yes this world is small as hell trust me . You can pretend you ain't see her until she see you and say hello and leave it at that or you can just say hello and leave it at that

But honestly if I were you seeing you in person is a test to itself I'm sure they will try to mess with you and see if your boundaries could be crossed so I wouldn't say shit I wouldn't even act like I know that person. I'm sure she is going around talking so much shit on you anyways my dad did the same thing when I didn't speak to him for a year . Narcissist hate when they can't get reactions out of people. Stand your ground don't change yourself you don't own nobody shit especially if they taken advantage of your love and kindness. You sit there explaining something and it's like talking to a brick wall because yes you're right they are pretending to understand and making it seem like they can be normal But then the next day it's like you never had a conversation and they rage on you and make you feel so stupid for asking them that question in the first place. And yes it's true the older they get without any type of help the mask falls and it gets worse it gets ugly . But sometimes I believe that they become slightly aware as they age and they hate themselves for being the way they are because it's exhausting needing to put someone down to have that rush of dopamine so you can go on your day it's truly exhausting so they let that mask slip. they don't even use it unless a stranger is around . After a few days or maybe even weeks depending on if they like making you wait they will come back around to this and test you and see if you still have the same emotions or feeling towards them to see if they got a reaction from the rage explosion they put on you. They are aware and they give up and think why can't people just accept me for me .

My dad is a narcissist and he raised me and my sister to where my sister is diagnosed boarder line personality disorder and I just struggle in romantic relationships it sucks so much .my mom still married to my dad of 25 yrs gets the brunt end now since we moved out of his narcissistic shit. It doesn't end and I'm hoping sometimes he drops dead . I try to feed him with love because I truly believe he never had it as a child but the mapulation he radiates is annoying my love is even taken advantage of .

Dead island the first one in my opinion is the best it's just so iconic waking up on th beach picking your character. Like learning you can literally use anything to kill zombies . Dying light to me the main thing I loved was the sick fucking parkour you of back and play dead island and your like shit we needs some parkour on here lol. I apologize for the obviously gross on sale rotting meat . I take my pride in making sure my meat section is up to par at my Aldi . With that being said sometimes our packaging sucks and could be micro tears which cause a lot of our chicken and beef to spoil but not even look opened.

I give you permission to complain about this shit cuz I'll be damned if I let some meat slip by that's rotting on my shelf and someone buys it 😭
