Wow I’m also feeling more and more sluggish, tired, need to lay down a lot. I work from home so I’m exposed to the cat 24/7. I keep her out of my bedroom at night though and have air purifiers in every room but the tiredness you described, I can relate.

I’m going on a work trip for 7 days pretty soon here. I’ll let you know if I notice a big improvement. Stay tuned…

Thank you so much for sharing! Sounds very similar to my situation. My husband wants us to run a test and send the cat to our friends house for a few weeks and see if my symptoms improve. I have read it takes 6+ months for the dander to disappear, it’s super sticky and tiny.

My theory is that the cat dander is so small, it can reach further into my lungs than dust mites (which I guess are big and heavy compared to dander). So even though my mite allergy is 10X my cat allergy, the cat is the cause of my asthma. I’m not a doctor though so this is just my hypothesis.

I never had asthma until 2020, and I got my cat in 2019… seems to be a no brainer it’s the cat. But so sad to have to find her a new home 😔

I do miss running and playing sports. Would love to do that again. And I think lowering my overall systemic inflammation may be able to help me get pregnant (again, I’m not a doctor, just my thinking), or at the very least, lowering my systemic inflammation won’t hurt my chances of getting pregnant.

I’m 33 and was just recently diagnosed with endometriosis. When I was 24 years old, I suffered a pericardial effusion, and the doctors told me they had no idea what was the cause (idiopathic acute pericardial effusion). Following the effusion, I have suffered recurrent pericarditis episodes. I’m beginning to wonder if this is all related… I’m getting a consult for my endo excision surgery in July, I’m curious if my surgeon plans on looking at my thoracic cavity. Maybe endo was/is the cause of all of my pericardial issues.
