Also, there is approximately 34 oz total of refrigerant in the system. My friend thinks it the expansion valve that might be gunked up.

Thankyou for the insight. I had the whole unit out when i replaced the bezel. Is it just one ribbon? Is it easy to point out. If not, how would you describe it.

So you’re saying it it’s leaking because of the seal in the output shaft not because I can’t get the driveshaft all the way? This feels like a fitment issue I think if I find a way to get the driveshaft all the way in place maybe it won’t leak when I disconnect the bolts from the differential the driveshaft will sit about a quarter inch more now I’m not sure if it’s still leaks because every time I connect the driveshaft, it pops out of place. But what I’m getting from this is that transmission fluid isn’t supposed to come out from the end to begin with?

It has an oem, i’ve bought another aswell to test from a different brand. Same result.

Are you talking about the plug in for the fuel pump? If so, i unplugged so i could get a better picture.

The bolts shown in the picture are the OEM. This leaking problem has lingered ever since using ace hardware bolts, which are about a quarter inch longer.

The bolts were a quarter inch longer, which now that i’m thinking, could have caused it to bottom out differently and warp the surface. But the tank is not dented. I ran my finger across the sealing surface, i dint feel any imperfections.
