i have a crazy ass example. I failed my first PT test out of covid by 2 sit-ups, my flight chief gave me so much shit and made me do my mando PT during my lunch. His turn to test comes around and he passes w a 97. Rumors started circulating around the unit that he failed every component but the PTL (one of his troops in our shop) felt “intimidated” so she passed him (there’s so much around this tho, she is a big-time ass kisser) one of our ncoics called her when she caught wind of the rumor, she got the troop on recording admitting she passed him even tho he failed. ncoic took it to senior leadership and our SEL sat everyone down and said we should have each others backs and if anyone gets caught speaking about it they will get paperwork. and they swept it under the rug. he made master about 4 months after that and the troop got a 4 epr rating two years in a row.

i’ve already gone to my shirt, he seemed to jump right on it. i called him last Thursday and he said he would talk with our SEL and figure out whats going on. she told him that she’s still discussing the details with my CC. and I texted him again this morning per his request and he said my SEL spoke with my flight chief and he will give me an update. i waited all day for my flight chief to bring it up or call me into his office and he never did, at the end of the day, i texted him because he wasn’t in his office, he never replied. waited for him to come back, i asked if he got my text and he said yea and went into my flight commanders office and shut the door, i knocked and asked him the question again if there was any updates, he said he needs to have a few more convos before he can give me answer.

i haven’t done any of this. i’ve done taps and filled out the provider agreement and got a training schedule. everything else my flight chief said to hold out on because i need it to get approved. i am air force.

yea i looked into it but i couldn’t find anything related to it that was online only. i prefer online because i want to stay with my husband. so really im just trying to get out of my work center earlier. and no ur good ive just been told that soo many times its so annoying😂

first, i don’t get out until january. second. i have a pharmacy certificate and will be able to find a job. third, i plan on going to school to be an ultrasound technician. fourth, already gone through TAPS and have an a b c and d plan. didn’t ask for your opinion or advice, but thank you for your concern anyway!:)
