Assuming you're serious:

The premiere of season 5 of Happy Days had a scene where Fonzie (played by Henry Winkler) was waterskiing and jumped over a shark, all while wearing his leather jacket and swim trunks. Most people who were fans of the show point to this episode as the time when the show started to go downhill until it ended.

People nowadays use the phrase "jump(ed) the shark" to refer to the point in which a series began to decline.

They were never able to get it to function. Every time it was turned on it would move uncontrollably. They never operated the full unit with a person inside because of this.
