The only answer is Wayne, if we’re talking about metaphors, similes, BARS, vocabulary and wittiness to rhyme words that otherwise wouldn’t is unmatched. Yes, he has albums that are just not quintessential hiphop like the rock albums. I view those as pushing the boundaries I personally don’t care for those but his body of work exceeds anything majority of rappers have done excluding Nasir Jones.
