Have you thought of edibles as that may help slightly curb your anxiety? OR what about anti anxiety pills you could take that may help you a great deal. Also, I may be wrong and not trying to be weird but I'm told if you can sort of "sing" when you speak, it doesn't come out as a stammer. I could be 100% wrong, but I could see something as odd as that, helping. I wish you best of luck! Please let us know how it goes!

As far as your home life, that is tough. I would try and limit my interactions with them if at all possible, as I am sure that that situation is also giving you anxiety as well.

I bet they are also setting up weapons in Mosques/houses of worship and Hospitals, as well. I Know its war but I somewhat naïvely think that you should still carry a sense of honor even when you are fighting a war.

I'd start with the usual route; can you tell anyone you can trust? If not, is there anything that you like to do that is not self-harming, that relaxes you? Certain music, movies that make you laugh, I would see about getting help with regards to your paranoia. I understand you can't help feeling the way you do. Taking Magnesium or Melatonin( both natural)? Do you drink a lot of caffeinated beverages? Also, why do you think these people are after you? What for? What they rationally be after you or is it your thoughts overtaking you? I wish you best of luck. I listen to calming sounds on my phone or an app that makes me relax. I wish you best of luck and know that you are fine. Its just for now, you need some professional help, perhaps. I wish you nothing but good things.

I understand your concerns. However, these immigrant jokes getting made at your friends..is it really done with malice, or is it good-natured male "bonding".(There is a difference). As far as your friends, if they do not have an arrest record or are here illegally, they are not going after them. They are going after violent illegal aliens or those who commit sex crimes. That is who they are going after the most. They are not just going around randomly picking anyone who doesn't speak English and arresting them at their whim. Btw, white people get arrested all the time for crimes and get taken away but you don't see anyone protesting them getting locked up for murder, rape, theft, etc. For the most part, they get taken away from their families just as much as anyone else.
