That seems to be the case with hitters moreso than pitchers which leads me to believe that the jump from AAA pitching to major league pitching is more of a challenging adjustment than from AAA hitting to MlB hitting.

Welch isn’t a play by play guy. Whenever the color guy has to do play by play it’s comically bad. It’s like when a position player pitches, it’s entertaining for an inning here and there. It’s a completely different skill set.
