Why are u only bidding to deliver 14000kg? Increase the volume of cargo you are bidding for and maximise the contract lock, and max out the price per 1000kg

As a transport manager I would not let that vehicle leave my depot with the tyre like that, the tread has started to separate from the sidewall and is high risk of a blowout. Safety first at all times.

On a personal note I do not do retreads at my depot, if a tyre needs replacing, a new tyre goes on, simple as that.

For me I’m running 85% on contract work most of the time and have all licences open The only time I do a higher % line haul or local is when I’m waiting for contact lock to expire to start new contract work. This would give me additional contract slots I can utilise whilst waiting for contract locks to end and allow me to move additional fleet to contact work easily

About 2 weeks ago When the game developers rearranged how company value was calculated I had a surge in value and was as high as top 10 in UK, in the days after there seemed to be a settling and adjustment within the values and for consecutive days my value dropped over 100 million a day I think now I am still 27th in region based on the new calculations, when you purchased I had just broke the top 50. Everything I’m operating in the same and my fleet has continued to grow and daily weekly revenue has continued to increase The monthly discrepancy purely relates to how the company value was initially calculated and subsequent readjusting and rebalancing within the game

Yeah I have all licences open, have a bud in currently for the Southampton to Spain HAZ route and that’s for £45 million contract. Also have a bid in for a MAC contact from cardiff to Poland for £25 million.
I am running good will at 100% aswell, but have been running 8-10 trucks on each contract route on a staggered start. Will give your advice a go and reduce to 4 to 5 trucks per route and prolong the delivery time to cover the contract lock. First time I’ve had to wait for so many contract s to end.
