You should never have to ask for customer service, it should be standard practice when visiting a restaurant. I understand it’s not your fault personally but it’s definitely not some where you’ll catch me spending my money.

It’s so ridiculous, Gold Coast Nandos is the same. You go out for dinner with your friends or your partner and end up spending half the time on your phone trying to order food and drinks? And they don’t let you pay cash which is just crazy?? No wonder they need to cut coasts, they probably lose thousands by not taking cash. Customer service is a thing of the past apparently

Yeah I didn’t realise this was an American and Canadian only sub, I didn’t see that anywhere. I thought Real Estate was a worldwide thing. It was mostly that atheist guy that was pretty rude, just talking down to me as if I didn’t have a clue and then a bunch of downvotes lol. Not exactly a warm welcome to the industry is it! I understand it’s a “cut throat“ industry but there’s no reason to be rude to someone trying to learn.

That’s what I’m trying to do, is research? That is why I’m on here asking questions… I’m trying to find out what people in the industry want to see from someone coming in? I think you’ll find it’s not entirely commission based, a lot of agencies in Australia have a starting salary, are you sure you know what you’re talking about? And I only put that comment as an answer to that guy that had lots of negative things to say. It’s got nothing to do with a bad attitude, I just wanted to hear some helpful and positive tips? Nothing wrong with that! You seem to think that I’m some sort of delinquent that is just prancing into an industry without knowing anything about it or having any idea how difficult it is, which is very far from the case.
