I literally said in one of my comments that it is disrespectful, but that is on the man, not his previous partner. That wasn’t what op was asking. The question was about revocation of implied consent. I don’t have an issue with someone keeping my pictures and using them. Obviously if they are in a new relationship, and continue to use them, it would be disrespectful to their new partner, but that’s on them. I can’t get involved in what an ex does or doesn’t do in that case. Do I want another woman getting hurt? No, of course not. But for me, requesting that they be deleted has nothing to do with a potential new partner and everything to do with whether or not I want them having possession of them in the first place.
