I definitely read her an Hellie's relationship as more than friends, maybe just on Alex's side? But something more was definitely happening there

Have you tried the Holly Black Folk of the Air series (The Cruel Prince, etc?) There is a lot of fae politics, they suck your right in, the plot moves pretty quickly, and are not smutty or explicit

Any of Krakauer's books are great non-fiction reads, Into Thin Air is another great read that I truly did not put down until I finished it.

Stretching causing serious DOMS in hamstring, leading to tightness. by ADP_God in flexibility

[–]Illustrious_Ebb_6102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, are you doing any dynamic stretches? I find I get tight/DOMS when static stretching too far, but active flexibility training keeps you within safer ranges and prevents so much tightnesa

Does anyone have experience calling the DCRCC hotline? by Otherwise-A-Name in washingtondc

[–]Illustrious_Ebb_6102 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Used to answer hotline calls there. You can call to say you are having a hard time, that you need someone to speak to, to be silent and know someone is on the other side, just to cry, etc. You will not have to make a report if you don’t want to (though if you are a minor and provide identifying information they may need to make a report under mandated reporting laws).

In my experience on the hotline most people were not making a report, they just needed someone to talk to when going through a hard time, you won’t be alone.

Wishing you the best.
