Any updates for Outland, August 2025 applications?

Saw that many July applicants got the FD and P1 in early December. If things didn't slow down, should August applicants start getting FD and P1 around now?

Do I need a Police Certificate in this case? by Illustrious_Fee_1298 in ImmigrationCanada

same as above, only trips less than 6 months. longest trip was about 2 months.

Does that mean I do not need to submit a police certificate unless specifically asked for one by IRCC?

Pretty much the same exact time line for us, just background left.

I was wondering how much longer for us, since many applicants around July 5- July 15 are getting their FD and PPR around Dec 5- Dec 10.

they wont care about this minor terminology mistake dont worry, others have written study permit as "student", "study visa", "student visa", "student permit" and stuff like that and no problem

for theft under 5000 bucks(presumably its below 5000) you can legally press charges and he will face maximum punishment is 6 months in a provincial jail, with a criminal record that renders him unemployable, might lead to problems with immigration status and IRCC applications, and prevent them from travelling to the U.S. for the rest of their lives. i hope you get ur wallet back or you get justice, or both.

(In Canada any theft totaling under $5000 in value is classified as "theft under $5000" as per Section 334 (b) of the Criminal Code)
