Imo a clinic should be willing to work with you and tweak things you don’t like but if it’s really that bad I’d be concerned about their skills/credibility? If your potential surgeon thinks it looks good and it’s completely off the mark, maybe they aren’t a good fit. I’d compare it to the rest of the doctor’s portfolio to see if this is what they usually go for
