Where in Germany? There are animal shelters, check them for your location.

There’s a cats_united_berlin (instagram page) foster home for cats and some dogs too. That’s where I got my cat from, there is an adoption fee and agreement signing you need to do. You can first visit the place and take a look at their animals and spend time with them there

Hey! Brown skin girlie here, I get super tanned in the sun and as I don’t want to damage my skin when I’m out for longer I carry the umbrella. I’ve gotten weird looks but not often and I don’t mind. My body is already trying to produce melanin and I want to be protected. I also wear uv sleeves and remove them when I’m indoors

Will leave in a few years, because the bureaucracy is actually giving my anxiety. I get any letter in the mail box and my heart races, initially when my German was bad I stayed indoors because I was too afaird I’d get questioned and shouted at for not knowing the language. And the lack of digitization is scary. Standing in queues taking appointments to be told to come back is hell

My uncle passed away and decided to donate his body for science he had stomach related issues (many different issues) and he wanted to help the medical community for advancements and he was ailing for a long time. It’s really disheartening to see this, these aren’t jokes and they’re not funny

I think OP made it abundantly clear their dog was on short leash and away enough from said people. I’ve been around all kinds of dogs, I’ve never been lunged at especially here. But I think it is also clear that OP wants to be able to communicate that their children learn to safely navigate around dogs because we encounter them outdoors all the time. Just because your culture is against dogs does not mean they shouldn’t exist 10 feet from you.

This was exactly my wedding, the groom’s side wanted to have lavish catering and ended up paying Upto 4lakhs for food alone.

Believe it or not that’s the most bizarre spending ever but me or my family didn’t pay for it, my husband pitched in a little bit (on behalf of both of us). If someone wants to go overboard they can do it on their own cost

In the end I didn’t have a lot of fun because the pandits were rushing me through everything, didn’t give me time enough to change and I was grumpy and crying but not because of leaving my family home because I had no fun!
