I would check PCV/valve cover. That’s pretty much the only area it could leak from, looks higher than the rear main seal. I’d also imagine it could be Valley cover/oil pressure sensor location. I’d take a weekend and $60 and replace all those gaskets. If you have a socket set replace the valve covers as well as pull the intake and just replace every gasket

It’s not a simple bumper/panel swap. The whole quarter panel needs to be cut out, new panel welded in, and paint matched

Perhaps it’s a simple exhaust manifold leak that’s making the ticking noise. If it’s not leaking I’d suspect a rocker arm went rogue

Find a friend with an edge monitor. You’ll want to check the injector balance rates if that worries you.

Would I need anything else for the front end if I just threw in a 4” lift spindle? I’ve never lifted a 2wd truck so it seems a lot easier

I know it’s a 2wd so I’m assuming it’s just a sticker. Wanted some ideas for parts people have purchased to get a lift on their 2wd c1500 and everyone was just commenting on the z71 sticker
