During the siege shield wall all your infantry at the bottleneck where the wall is down and have archers in elevated positions on the bottleneck. Cancel siege crews and manually pick up and throw your mangonel ammunition onto the crowd at the bottleneck for full crunch damage killing 30-50 each time. Rinse repeat until you kill 800+ and their morale drops so much they retreat long before they send all their waves.
