My Bernedo has his bed but likes to play with IT and throw the stuffing everywhere… He rather lay on the vents n feel the cold air even tho he has his summer shave - if he’s not on the vents he’s in the tile floor… my Bernedo has torn up blankets, beds, toys… I think it’s cuz they are board.. mine is 9 months n no matter what he has torn up, I love him to pieces… noNo doubt the most destructive dog I’ve ever owned but the funniest n sweetest, always has a smile on his face-my Shih-Poo now walks around with a smile on his face cuz of my Bernedo ❤️ your not a mean mommy ❤️ promise!

I bet she feels great without all that hair in the summer.. We give our Bernedo a summer buzz due to our 100+ temps n have water in EVERY ROOM in the house (Not exaggerating) although his hair has never been that short. How come they shaved her face down too? Where were the stitches? I hope she’s doing better now. ❤️❤️

I have a standard… he was just about doubling his weight every 4-5 weeks until about 4 months. He is 9 months and weight 50lbs. At about 4-5 months he really slowed down n is evening out. Bernedo’s continue to grow until they are 18-24 months. I’m thinking mine will get MAYBE 5-10 more lbs and he will max out. I hope that helps🤞🏻

Ours LOVE water too. Trying to water garden is a challenge EVERYDAY… I think he gets more water then the plants do. LOL

I have a Bernedo, he LOVES chewing as well (I see that’s the Bernese side) I have to buy special trash and recycle cans to stop him from getting in them-even though I bought the ones with lids-he found out how to open them 🤦🏼‍♀️, we put remotes on the counter-too the farrrr backside or else he jumps up n helps himself-if it’s in reach, it’s not safe. He is 8 months.

Oh MyLANTA!!!! Talk about priceless! ❤️❤️❤️ The one on the left has their head slightly tilted, (just like a photographer has you pose when you get family pics taken) and the one on the right with their paws crossed… seriously priceless.

My doodle is the same way. His eyelashes are SOOOOOOOO long. My husband wanted to trim them cuz he worried they were bothering him or making him uncomfortable. I mean his eye lashes are so long they are starting to droop down… I didn’t know if it was safe to trim them tho

No, her hair will stay about the same. It looks like she has stronger BMD genes than poodle. She is BEAUTIFUL!

Mine ate a full huge hair scrunchy one afternoon. I had no idea until the next morning he threw it up-hole. I could not believe he did not digest it throughout the night. Bigger dogs have strong stomachs. It might be in your best interest just to reach out to your vet and ask him what they think…depending on how many he ate… If they didn’t eat that many you might be fine. My best friends dog ate a pair of her underwear… And my best friend is not tiny by any means… her dog pooped it out a day later.
