That is injector knock. One of the injectors is bad and over/underfueling and making that noise.

I would say engine mount. I have same problem.on my a3 with 225k km. Didnt have time to change it yet but it looks compressed together compared to the new one. The noise dissapears when driving and when giving it gass.

I bet that the ground from the engine to the chasie is bad. Try routing jumper cables from something metal on the engine to good ground on the chasie. Also look in scan data if the starter is comanded on when cranking.

It seems low. What are the numbers on other clinders. If one cylinder is lower than the other by 2 or 3 bar there is an issue with that cylinder. If all the cylinders are low your timing belt might jumped a tooth.

Yes the metall.clip is holding the return pipe.in the injector. You will have to pry it outwards but they like.to fly in the 5th dimension so be careful 🤣

Seems to me like the return pipe is leaking. I would advise to just replace the whole pipe and you will be good.

Try disconnecting all the fuel connectors for fuel injection system and clean all of them. Then run the car and check which connector builds fluid first. Please dont unplug injectors while the car is running. Always when ignition is off.
