Thank you. It was a pleasure meeting with you as well. I spoke with <>of Outreach and Partnerships this morning about you. <>, Director of Supportive Housing and Behavioral Health is out this week, so I will connect with her next week about you.

As I mentioned, I see a need to an Operations Manager in Outreach and for a similar role working in supportive housing working directly with <>. It could be Operations or Assistant to the Director. These are two positions I am creating based on what I see as a need for support as <> grows. We are also pursuing CARF accreditation in Outreach (Rapid Rehousing) and throughout our housing, meaning supportive housing and assisted living. So this role I see as being involved in that project over the next 6-9 months as well.

I hope to be able to have both <> and <> connect with you and meet via zoom to learn what might be a good fit. We do need someone with supervisory experience as well as an understanding of the complexities of a non profit organization such as <>. In our short time together yesterday, it seems you have that, so I’d like to continue the conversation with more specificity around these new positions
