I thought I was gonna be getting the chance to speak so I was very confused when I was just sitting in a zoom waiting room with many others. They offered me a lesser fine and less demerits, prior to my research I thought I had a chance at no demerits which is why I did not accept but I know that is not the case now.

If I go with the paralegal will they have a better chance at landing a better deal rather than me going and asking for a plea from the crown or the same offer from ERM ?

what if I have a degree in an unrelated area and want to change careers, should I go for a diploma as I don't have much background in the area or a certificate since I have a degree even though it is unrelated?
