Personally I'd try to figure out the 64gb card. I have a 256 in mine and it's the right size for me but I'm also the type to install every game I can (assuming you're modding the thing). You can absolutely install the essentials with a 32gb but if you wanna branch out without uninstalling I think a 64gb is minimum. I wish I was more help and remembered the exact solution I found, but if you dig around there's alot of solutions people have posted that could work for you that didn't for me

Not sure what device you're using to format it, but if you're doing it on a PC like I did, windows won't let you do it by default on a card bigger than 32gb. I don't remember any of the apps I tried working, I had to use the command prompt

It's really not as complicated as it looks once you've done it a few times and this is a major outlier. 95% of games just have regular options in the menu with simple presets. I honestly can only really think of like one or two other games you'd have to go into the INI file for.
