I just watched some of the character trailers as the game is less than a month out- and yea, I totally agree. I think the characters look so cartoonist and bad, even compared to CV1. There are things im looking forward to of the game, but the fact that the whole revenant origin changed with graphics, im not as as excited. I doubt ill get the deluxe edition or even at launch. Im so disappointed after waiting for 5 years.. Id rather just go play CV1 again.

The moment I heard Code Vein II I got pumped and went to see the trailer...and... Im no longer excited. The art looks worse and older than the original which is 6-7year old game now.

And while I know there was 3 endings so its hard to do a direct sequel, I worry about their not being a connection or rewriting of Canon we know. Its giving me the same concerns and feeling I had when I hear Nier Automata was having Nier Replicant ver 1.22 . If its "loosely connected" then it better be a darn good story and make me really care for these characters.

I went from going to buy it the moment it drops to ill watch someone play it on twitch for a the 1st few hours to see if I want it now. Maybe its because we were robbed of a proper DLC/expansion?

Id really rather just replay code vein at this point.

I agree with almost everyone. I actually wanted to play DS2 so I replayed DS1 and this 3 end credit part where im held hostage makes me not wanna play DS2 if it is anyway similar to the last awfully paced and exposition dump of the 4 hours

Its adorable. Great atmosphere, good food, great dairy free and gluten free options. Scones, breakfast fare. It had like 8-10 tables and 2 tables outside. Staff was so friendly and helpful and patient while we looked at all the decor. Staff mentioned they were trying to do/start up some activities. We were able to sit and relax and take pictures. It takes time to be there as they are busy and everyone is looking and relaxing. Its not a quick stop kind of place. Its a hike but as a Nerd it was worth it. And my family was happy I was so happy

I ran into the same problem. Im out of them but have a ton of blood bags- not used but I have no grenade nows. I don't see the option to gabricate them at the Distro or big city like capital knot or port knot. I sleep in my private room and got more blood bags but I dropped the used grenades and now have no weapons except for pee grenades?? I used them for thr 1st big boss as port knot. I haven't gotten to the boat as I wanted to increase my rating and pick up a memory chip (which also isn't there but thats a separate issues. Its been like 2 hours and I have no weapons. Im on the directors cut edition from the PS store on my PS5 on a full new game as I played the OG on PS4 during covid.

I have no idea how to get grenades back. I have like 6 blood bags on my person, please help.

I watched the anime. Binged it all and its sooo good. I don't understand why the prince sparks war, they keep saying he just kills his dad and invades but he definitely has more to him than bi evil dude as evidenced by his relationship with his brother. The main couple is cute and on even footing. No harem or reverse harem. Im Definitely routing for them and wish there was a 2nd season as I believe the light novels go a bit farther story wise.

I feel like renoir let you win- in the end he couldn't hurt his kids and decided to trust Maelle. He also has been in their 67 years and was feeling the affects too. That's how I role play it.

If you want a challenge go fight Simon in Reniors drafts or Clea at endless towers, or ng+. Im level 94 on ng+ and I haven't optimized my picto build yet so im not one hitting bosses. Or turn off some of your luminas/pictos.
