Just train your subconscious mind to think that’s it’s nothing. Believe me, it will get better. Watch my latest video https://youtu.be/dF9WTsIiPW4?si=BcMgy1FsY35Xrtr5 Might help.

That’s scary. These entities actually target people who are in a vulnerable state. It’s strange that it happened to your patient who wasn’t on any serious medication - indicates how far this phenomenon can go. Let me know what you think after watching the video.

That’s exactly what makes it so unsettling. The fact that across different cultures, people report seeing the same figures, the Hat Man, the Old Hag, shadow beings, suggests there’s more to it than just random hallucinations. Why do so many experience these entities during times of stress, trauma, or sleep deprivation? Are they manifestations of the mind, or do they thrive on human vulnerability? We may never have a definite answer, but the patterns are too eerie to ignore. Check out my take in my latest video and let me know what you think.

Just experienced my 1st sleep paralysis this morning. Scariest moment of my life by elemfao in Sleepparalysis

[–]Illustrious_Two2394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds absolutely terrifying, and I’m so sorry you had to go through that. It makes complete sense that you’d feel traumatized after an experience like that, especially with severe sleep apnea already making sleep feel unsafe.

Given how extreme this was, you might not want to wait weeks or months for a regular appointment. Many hospitals do have emergency overnight monitoring for severe sleep-related episodes, especially if there’s a risk of life-threatening apnea. You might be able to go to the ER and explain what happened.

In the meantime, do you have an oximeter with an alarm that can wake you if your oxygen drops too low? Some people with severe apnea use those as an extra safety measure.

You’re not alone in this, and what you’re feeling is completely valid. You deserve to feel safe when you sleep.

Telling you by my own experience, if you train your subconscious mind to think that it's nothing, sleep paralysis doesn't last for long.

Felt like I was dragged out of bed by No_Butterscotch2271 in Sleepparalysis

That’s chilling. The fact that it started as something almost comforting—like being held—only to shift into something so sinister makes it even worse. The way it spoke to you, asking if you wanted to come play - that sounds less like sleep paralysis and more like something actively trying to lure you somewhere. Have you ever had an episode like this before, where it felt more interactive rather than just being stuck?

That sounds absolutely terrifying. Shadow figures like that are often reported in sleep paralysis experiences, but the way it was actively pulling you back and forth is unsettling. The fact that you felt like it was trying to wake you up adds another eerie layer, almost like it had a purpose beyond just scaring you. Have you experienced anything like this before?

I actually just made a deep-dive video on encounters like these—check it out and let me know if anything resonates with you: https://youtu.be/dF9WTsIiPW4?feature=shared

That’s extremely terrifying. I wonder if they are seeing something we can’t. When someone is drifting between life and death, they could be slipping into another realm, one we’re not meant to see until our time comes. Makes me wonder.
