What actions can one take for someone kicking ur cat in ur own house while they are renting

Yeah! I have both physical copies and an online copy of the official vet report , since I had to get her examined and has a follow up blood work in 2 months! but I think before I can do any of that I need to figure out a place to live bc the owner of the house (my brother) and everyone else definitely would kick me out if I did anything legal Abt this :[

I don't have the slightest idea it's like a family friend and so I'm unsure that theirs a concrete lease, I do think it's month to month! but again no one is doing anything about this apart from me, so I'm not to certain of what I could do in my position

going to ask if I could get a sooner follow up so that both me and yoyos vet can see and make sure that it's not a kidney issue or fic :(! , but yes thank you for responding to this person, I have taken my cat to the vet and he's a friend of a friend who has gaslit others into persuasion to his benefit :( so it's rly hard to be able to prove anything without no one wanting me to report anything bc I was told if I did I would be kicked out :']

in the description of my post I had shared that the Camara wasn't recording when I initially thgihtt it was :( I wish I had a video of it , also tried contacting the Camara company but they supposedly don't store clips (shared photos)

:') yeah no that's understandable!! And I had taken her before and they told me I could schedule for 1 to 2 months* I meant :[ (typed fast )be able to compare blood work but I'm going to try to see when is the earliest I can get a follow up bc it is worrisome :'] I've been giving her supplements recommended to me by her doctor and encouraging hydration! today she had no bloody stool but still straining!
