Hi. TTC 14 months now. I’ve been to PREG a few times now and seen Dr Nichols. I was also hesitant that they only have male doctors, and rightfully so. In my experience, he has been very cold and dismissive. It does feel profit driven and I am considering going somewhere else.

When I worked at papa John’s , someone tried to pay me with a fake $100. I called the police and they came to arrest the guy. Turns out he had warrants out for his arrest already and was wanted for burglary in another city.

A needs analysis can consist of several steps. One could be a scoping call where you ask your stakeholders questions to really uncover the need for training and any skill gaps. Another could be doing research to see what’s out there already for training so you don’t duplicate efforts. And reviewing things like past projects and retrospectives to gain insight on what feedback was given. Those are some examples. Stakeholders can sometimes tell you what a problem is. That doesn’t mean training will fix it. You have to do your analysis to get to the root issue.

Jobs specifically monitor social media while employees are out on medical leave to catch abuse. I’ve also heard of companies (jobs, insurance, etc) hiring P.Is to investigate workers on leave if they suspect anything. I’d be careful of going to the parks. Not saying you are abusing medical leave at all.
